I was able to fully participate in helping an immigrant woman with her paperwork, specifically a U visa and a release request. The next week I was happy to hear that she was released from detention and I felt like I really helped her. After being here for only three weeks, I already know this is rewarding internship!

I’m really passionate about the work that AI Justice does and after seeing it from the Board perspective, I wanted to give more hands-on help. I really love it.
