Principal, Law Office of Peter Upton
Peter Upton is an attorney, whose primary practice is in the area of immigration law. His practice is located in central Florida. Previously, he worked at the American Friends Service Committee’s Undocumented Workers and Political Asylum Project. He first met Cheryl Little in the 1980s as they waited to see clients at Miami’s Krome Detention Center.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and of Temple University School of Law, Mr. Upton was a founding Board Member of AI Justice.
