This webinar will provide an update on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), including an overview of the changes implemented to the policy through the new rule that became effective on October 31, 2022. The webinar will also provide a basic overview of DACA and the protections it provides, discuss the current state of DACA litigation and what it means for DACA recipients and DACA-eligible individuals, and opine on whether the current Administration has done enough to protect Dreamers.
