Ernesto, originally from New York City, has resided in Miami since 1999. He received a B.A. degree from SUNY Albany, then subsequently completed his legal studies in Boston (New England Law) and University of Miami School of Law. Ernesto has had a distinguished legal career, primarily serving as a senior executive and in-house counsel for important fortune 500 publicly traded companies with international business interests in Europe and Latin America. Ernesto is a transactional / commercial attorney, but also serves as counselor to his corporate clients in regard to significant regulatory, compliance, public relations, SEC, employment/labor and litigation matters in the United States and abroad. Ernesto resides in Coral Gables with his family and 4 dogs. Ernesto joined the Board of Directors of AI Justice in 2023.
