Caroline Herter is an attorney at KO Lawyers. Her specific experience includes creditor and shareholder rights litigation, aviation finance and recovery disputes, and cases asserting claims in law and equity including for fraudulent transfer, racketeering, civil theft, aiding and abetting, and the like, under state, federal, and international law.
